I am looking forward to seeing the database being created for the Dash Watch proposal which looks like it will be funded on Dec 3rd.  It will provide an easy way to look at proposals by various statuses.  This will help find “incomplete” proposals that are well past their original timelines.  There are many reasons for this, some outside the control of the proposal owner but – in my opinion – there is no excuse for not providing regular status updates.

My current method of finding “open” proposals is looking at the “full proposal list” on Dash Vote Tracker and noting which proposals I don’t think are finished and then looking for status updates. That is what I did for this list.  I hope it is the last time I will have to do it this way.

March 2017 was the first really big month (4+ times Feb) for the Dash treasury with over $600,000 paid out (based on price in that month) it is also the month with more open proposals than any other.

Conclusion

I am sure there are a few more proposals that will show up as past due / incomplete once more resources are reviewing them.  This is all very new territory so let’s celebrate the completed proposals (well most of them) and keep questioning the open ones.
