D-A-CH Embassy raising Dash awareness in Europe

The newly founded D-A-CH embassy is making waves in the German-speaking countries of Europe. In its short operational time, it has helped bring Dash to the attention of three prominent German newspapers. The D-A-CH founders are also busy launching their Dash Roadshow, which will help educate the general public about Dash.

Bitcoinbon prepaid cards are available at over 4000 Austrian retailers, and can be redeemed on the Coinfinity website for a variety of cryptocurrencies. Due to a new partnership between the D-A-CH and Coinfinity, these cards are also now redeemable for Dash.

New integrations announced

Along with Bitcoinbon availability, Dash has also been integrated into four new platforms. Two of these integrations were on mobile apps Abra and QuikWallet. Abra is a mobile investing app that now supports fiat-Dash trading pairs. QuikWallet is an India-based mobile payment platform that now allows users to pay for a variety of services from 4500 different merchants in Dash.

The other two integrations came in the form of two new exchanges: NegocieCoins and Bitit. NegocieCoins is a Brazilian based exchange that is targeted to Spanish-speaking customers in South America. On the other hand, Bitit is a global exchange that is available in over 50 countries and supports Dash purchases with 12 different types of fiat currency.

Community Update from the Dash Core

The Dash Core has announced that they are currently evaluating potential firms for the contract to update the Dash.org website. This update would ideally occur in conjunction with the Evolution rebrand that will be occurring later this year. They also stated that they are in the middle of the recruitment process for a new CTO (Chief Technology Officer) that would help standardize delivery and ensure high quality software production. The team also discussed their work towards fair pay rates and vacation times for all Dash employees.
