On Thursday 19th July I was a guest speaker at the UK Houses of Parliament for the Bahrain Opportunities Forum 2018.

I was invited by the Diplomat Business Club and Andrew Rosindell MP who is a Member of the Foreign Affairs Select Committee of the House of Commons of UK Parliament to give a short speech on Blockchain and Dash. The event was organised by the President of Diplomat Business Club, Javed Malik who previously served as Pakistan’s Ambassador to the Kingdom and now presides the UK-based Diplomat Business Club.

Khalid Al Rumaihi Bahrain’s Economic Development Board Chief Executive delivered the main keynote at the forum highlighting Bahrain FinTech Bay, which is among the largest dedicated financial technology hubs in the Middle East and Africa.

I would like to take this opportunity to give a public special thank you to Mr. Brian Coleman who went out of his way to introduce me to a number of business leaders as well as senior domestic and international government officials.

It was an honor to be invited and a privilege to speak at the Bahrain Opportunities Forum 2018. I’m sincerely grateful for the opportunity and business leads in the business networking session that followed directly after my speech. There was a very strong interest in Dash from not only business leaders but senior government officials as well.
